While Jordan had time off over the break we wanted to check out Chattanooga, Tennessee. It is only a 90 minute drive and we had heard good things about it. We went with our good friends, the Shelton's and had a great time. Chattanooga is such a cool city. They have really revitalized the downtown and is very family friendly. We stopped at the footbridge that spans the Tennessee River to take some pictures.
Lucy and Noah love each other. Lucy wakes up every day and asks me if Noah is coming over to our house. If these two ever get married, we have all sorts of great pictures for their wedding video.
Josh and Kristen getting crazy.
How cool is this bridge?
After taking pictures we went back downtown to Lupi's Pizza for lunch. The pizza was fantastic. After lunch we visited Coolidge Park. When it's warmer they have fountains for the kids to play in. However, it was FREEZING the day we went, so no water. The kids had fun playing on the statues anyway.
At Coolidge Park there is a 100-year-old carousel with hand-harved animals. The rides were $1, so we let the kids ride a few times.
Considering I get motion sick even looking at a carousel, I sat this one out. Kristen joined me.
After Coolidge Park we went to Clumpie's Ice Cream parlor. Everything was homemade and delicious. We will definitely be going back to Chattanooga!

When you go back, you have to try Julie Darling Donuts. They are incredible. So so good. So so so good. They're just across the street from the bridge.
I've looked at these photos at least three times through. Can't get enough. Miss you all so much.
Beautiful family, adorable kids, and AMAZING photos!!!!
