What a Week...

Conference and Easter the same weekend. Does it get better? It's been a great week. Here's why:
Remember how I said that Lucy has been teething? One morning I went to get her out of her crib and this is what I found. Green snot crusted all over her face. After visiting the doctor, turns out she had developed a sinus infection from the teething. A few antibiotics later and she seems to be feeling much better, and..........her two bottom teeth finally broke through. Hooray!!!!!
Last Monday I got to spend the day at Thanksgiving Point with some of my closest friends. We fed the farm animals, went to lunch, and caught up on each other's lives. What would we do without girlfriends? This is my dear friend, Lindsey, holding Lucy. Lindsey looks like she could be Lucy's mom.
Lucy loved the animals!
Lucy's first pony ride. I about broke my back trying to keep her upright on that pony.
Dying Easter eggs. I thought this one was particularly awesome.
My cousin, Erin, came down for the weekend. Everyone always says we look so much alike.
Jordan's "poop" egg. How couth.
Ooooooooh. Pretty.
Lucy's first Easter basket. She gets a basket full of new toys and books and what does she go for? The mini bag of Teddy Grahams. Remind me why I buy her new stuff?
After finding our Easter baskets.
Lucy discovered that she LOVES chocolate pudding. Once she got a hold of the beater it was all over. Happy Easter everyone!

Some great photos, Laura. BTW, it took about a half bottle of Shout to get the chocolate out of those little pink sleepers! Worth every drop! You're lucky that Lucy chose to chew on the Teddy Graham bag instead of eating the Easter grass! Love ya, Mom

You're a very cool mom for just letting Lucy hold the beater and make a mess. Two thumbs up for you.

Very cute pictures! I'm glad Lucy is feeling better. Taking care of sick kids is exhausting!

I love it! And glad she is feeling better. And, I have asked myself the same question about buying stuff for Kayla when she is more interested in making some piece of artwork out of the BOX! It's just what we do though, I think it comes with being a mommy!

That first picture is priceless. I've seen my fair share of crusty morning smiles. Just today, Cash had a booger perfectly placed under his nose, looked just like a Hitler-stache. :-)

Even covered in dried boogers she is still adorable! You have the cutest baby Laura. :)

She is getting so cute! I can't believe how big she is, and I totally have seen that crusty nose before on my boys. Its a nice little wake up call huh? But two teeth means more solid food on the way! That is fun to see what they like and don't like. Happy Easter!
