Two Years and Counting..
On Tuesday Jordan and I celebrated our two year anniversary. Instead of buying each other presents and staying somewhere nice, we decided to spend our money on some new mountain bikes from the REI sale. The plan is to stay in shape AND have fun together. Fool proof. Anyway, after buying our bikes we had dinner at the Cheesecake Factory (one of my favorites). It was such a fun night! I wouldn't say that our first two years of marriage have been conventional (i.e. most husbands don't fall off cliffs and almost die), but they have been wonderful. I love Jordan more than I did when I married him two years ago, so I guess that's a good sign. I included a few pictures from our wedding day and also a few shots of our bikes. Disclaimer: the bike I wanted came in only one color--PURPLE! Given the choice I would have picked a different color, but I guess it's time for me to embrace my girlie side.

Congratulations on two years! It's crazy how fast it goes, huh! And now you can always remember how wonderful those first two years were juggling graduate school too! ;) j/k. Your bikes are awesome! Wear helmets, no TBI's please! ;)

I think I will stop updating Ammon on your life, Laura. He was very jealous that you guys went to the Jimmy Eat World concert (we went to one a few months after we got married and felt ... well, old! It was entertaining to watch everyone jumping and screaming around us though. I didn't know many of the songs back then) and now bikes! Ammon really wants a street bike, but I think he'd take just about any bike right now. We have trips planned to Yellowstone and Boston this summer. Other than that, we'll probably be pretty lazy too. Grace and I will be lazy anyway; Ammon will work. What a nice guy!

Yay for 2 years of marriage! I agree with you that it is the greatest! Congrats on graduating though! That is seriously amazing...I am very proud of you! We need to get together during your relaxing summer!

You two are my favorite!!! We miss you guys so much! Hopefully we can see each other more. I love the mountain bike idea, you dont have to feed them, they dont pass gas as you ride them, and they dont leave large piles of; well you know what... Yup bikes are much better than horses.
